Chip Nunan
Chip is the oldest of the three sons in the Nunan family and is proud to call the Dover area home. A strong supporter of local businesses, you’ll often find him frequenting and promoting the many great establishments in the region. Chip is married to the love of his life, Alexis, and together they have three children who keep them busy and always on the go. As a family, they love to travel and spend time making memories wherever they can.
Chip has a deep appreciation for the outdoors and enjoys spending as much time outside as possible. He is an avid hunter, with a long-standing love for deer hunting on the property. More recently, he has found a new passion in duck hunting, which has quickly become a favorite pastime.
When it comes to drinks, Chip gravitates toward bold, dry red wines—especially Malbec and Meritage, which are his go-to choices. He’s also a big supporter of the local brewery scene and appreciates a well-crafted beer. And if the occasion calls for it, Chip never turns down a good quality whiskey.
