Dan Watras
Dan graduated from Williamson Trade School in Pennsylvania in 2004 with a degree in Horticulture. With a lifelong passion for the cultivation of plant life, he joined the Harvest Ridge family in 2017 and quickly developed a strong interest in viticulture, immediately feeling at home among the vines.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He also loves hunting, fishing, gardening, raising chickens, and camping. Sports have always been a big part of his life—he has been playing soccer since the age of four, and that passion for athletics continues today.
Dan’s palate is always evolving, but his current favorite wines are the Harvest Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
